These terms govern access to and use of the Wextfy platform by companies and their authorised users.

1. Who we are and scope

Wextfy is operated by SIA "G 78", registration number 40203775379, registered at Mehanizācijas iela 4a, Limbaži, Latvia, LV-4001 ("Wextfy", "we"). These terms apply to every visitor, registered user and subscribing company. Wextfy is a discovery and communication platform and is not a party to any transaction between members.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Business-only use, minimum age, authority to bind the represented company, one account per natural person, accurate registration data, mandatory email verification and two-factor authentication, and responsibility for credentials and for actions taken by users under a company account.

3. Company profiles and verification

What a verified badge does and does not certify, the registry and certificate checks performed, the right to revoke a badge, the company-claim process for pre-existing profiles, and the fact that verification is not an endorsement or creditworthiness assessment.

4. Acceptable use and content rules

Prohibited content and conduct (illegal, infringing, misleading, sanctioned goods, spam, scraping, automated bulk messaging, circumvention of moderation). Member content licence granted to Wextfy for display, translation and indexing. Moderation, takedown and suspension rights, and the notice-and-appeal route.

5. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Wextfy Pro pricing, billing currency, automatic monthly renewal, payment processing via Stripe, founder-programme free periods and their automatic conversion to paid billing, invoicing and VAT/reverse-charge treatment, failed-payment handling and downgrade to the free tier.

6. Cancellation and refunds

How to cancel, when access ends, the statutory position for business customers regarding withdrawal rights, and the refund policy including any pro-rata or no-refund stance.

7. Affiliate programme

Eligibility, attribution rules, commission amount and currency, the reversal window for refunded payments, payout thresholds and schedule, and grounds for withholding commissions in cases of fraud or self-referral.

8. Intellectual property

Ownership of the platform, brand and software; the limited licence granted to users; feedback licence; and the process for reporting alleged infringement.

9. Third-party services

Reliance on payment, email, hosting, translation and AI-moderation providers, and the fact that automated translation and moderation outputs may be imperfect.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Service provided as-is, no warranty as to counterparty conduct or transaction outcomes, exclusion of indirect loss, and a liability cap tied to fees paid — to be drafted against the applicable jurisdiction's mandatory rules.

11. Suspension and termination

Grounds and process for suspending or terminating an account, the effect on published content and active subscriptions, and data retention after termination.

12. Changes to these terms

How amendments are announced, the notice period for material changes, and how continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

Governing law, competent courts or arbitration forum, and any pre-litigation complaint procedure.
